This is what it looks like now...:D Just so people understand this, in Commiefornia, when they did OUR ban, they banned the NAMES on the lower receivers, NOT the rifle. So, for example the AR-15 has a DPMS upper, but since the DPMS lower is on the banned list, the lower on my rifle is a Double Star, which is not listed. The IMBEL was NEVER listed so I'm good. There are other considerations, 10 round max and a locking magazine, which we're worked around. BTW - I'm REALLY lucky, my pooches are real sweet hearts, unless you try to get into the backyard, and I get hostile. Their attitude is a direct correlation of mine, which I believe is key.....:applause_ http://img386.imageshack.us/img386/1668/falwo2.jpg |

Oohh, sniper dogs! They're nice-looking animals.
We can't give our dogs rifles. They'd spend all day on the rooftop gunning for the neighbor's cats. |

That shepard in the background is massive.

Thanks Avalon. I could have the crappiest day I've ever had, and I come home to these two and my troubles simply fade away, and to Saul, if you read the post I wasn't pissed, I was actually laughing. I mean have you ever seen a dog, let a lone a rottie, grab tomatoes off of a plant and eat them? It was hilarious.... It didn't bother me in the slightest, I just thought other members would get a kick out of it.... |

I used to have a black lab named Mick when I was a kid that would eat saskatoon berries right off the tree like he was a bear or something. We gave him some by hand and he must have gotten a taste for them. It was pretty funny watching him forage for berries.

Dogs start off as pets and turn into family. They all have funny personalities, they make our lives better, and when the leather hits the road, they'll die for you. You can't can't put a price on that much love...... |

Check out this true story: "In 1924, Hachikō was brought to Tokyo by his owner, Hidesamurō Ueno, a professor in the agriculture department at the University of Tokyo. During his owner's life, Hachikō saw him off from the front door and greeted him at the end of the day at the nearby Shibuya Station. The pair continued their daily routine until May 1925, when Uyeno didn't return on the usual train one evening. The professor had suffered a stroke at the university that day. He died and never returned to the train station where his friend was waiting. Hachiko was given away after his master's death, but he routinely escaped, showing up again and again at his old home. After time, Hachi apparently realized that Professor Uyeno no longer lived at the house. So he went to look for his master at the train station where he had accompanied him so many times before. Each day, Hachiko waited for Uyeno to return. And each day he didn't see his friend among the commuters at the station. The permanent fixture at the train station that was Hachiko attracted the attention of other commuters. Many of the people who frequented the Shibuya train station had seen Hachi and Professor Uyeno together each day. Realizing that Hachiko waited in vigil for his dead master, their hearts were touched. They brought Hachiko treats and food to nourish him during his wait. This continued for 10 years, with Hachikō appearing only in the evening time, precisely when the train was due at the station." They are going to make the story into a movie called: Hachiko: A Dog's Story http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hachiko |

Fort Benton, MT has a similar story about a loyal dog.

Sounds like a favor from the police chief to your neighbor, maybe a brother in law type of deal. . If no papers were filed, i would just ignore it. Do you have liability insurance on your house? |
